SPEAKER_07

Well yeah, because we always switch where we've been switching where we're at so much lately.

SPEAKER_03

Playing musical kid. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Dude, you kind of sounded like Adam Sandler just saying. Adam Sandler? Yeah. What what movie is that? Nicky? Oh, Little Nicki. Little Nikki, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You sounded like him in that. That movie's fucking hilarious.

SPEAKER_00

What movie is that?

SPEAKER_07

Little Nikki. Isn't that what it's called? Yeah. It's like it he's Satan's son. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

No, it it it's like it's Morgan Freedom's God in the movie.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. Oh, okay. So it's like a comedy. Yeah, it's Adam Sandler, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I mean one of his 2000s eras movies. It's pretty good. Yeah, I haven't seen it in a long time.

SPEAKER_07

It's one of those movies that like people are just like, uh, yeah, you know, it's an Adam Sandler movie, but it's fucking hilarious. I mean, Adam Sandler's probably I'm gonna go ahead and say it. Probably one of the funniest comedy actors of all time.

SPEAKER_04

A lot of people would disagree with you, and I don't know.

SPEAKER_07

I don't give a fuck what other people have to say.

SPEAKER_04

Some people just think his movies are corny and shit like that.

SPEAKER_07

That's okay. That's okay. You don't have to hey, you gotta respect the game though.

SPEAKER_00

I like him. It's kind of it's like a not an overplayed comedy. Like it's he he's very genuine, like original, I should say. Yeah, he's his own thing.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. Like I seen this thing uh the other day on the internet. Who the fuck knows if it's true or not? It's on the internet, but like it was saying like how Rob Snyder was talking and said that Adam Sandler has called him at least once a week for the past 30 years. That's a good friend.

SPEAKER_04

That's not surprising. You know that.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, yeah, I could say that too, yeah. I mean, he seems like a pretty cool dude.

SPEAKER_04

Him, David Spade, Rob Snyder, Chris Farley, they were all Chris Farley, uh oh man, Kevin James.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, Kevin James. Kevin James came on a little bit later on, though, you know. Chris Rock. Yeah. Chris Rock. Yeah. He's funny as fuck, too. Alright, so speaking of comedy stuff, now that I'm on it and thinking about it again, Colton, I know you like comedy stuff too. There's this new Netflix show out. It's called uh Kevin Hart, Funny AF. And it's like he's interviewing, or not interviewing, but he's like basically casting comedians from you know, I saw that. It's worth it's worth the watch. Okay.

SPEAKER_00

I thought whenever I watched the ad, I was like, I don't know if I'd like this. Oh no, dude, it's really fucking good.

SPEAKER_07

I did watch his roast today, too. The Kevin Hunt it literally happened. Yeah, yeah. Like it literally was live yesterday on Netflix.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Last night or whatever. Yeah, it was okay. I said the Tom Brady one was better.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Well, the Tom Brady one had epic moments. Yeah. I wouldn't say the whole thing was amazing, but yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, well, see, the thing is, is like I would say it was really, really good. Like some of the jokes like were just so not original. Like Pete Davidson was on it, and basically the only thing people could talk about about him was his how his dad died in 9-11. That's starting to get old. Yeah, I mean people relevant.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and his height. Everybody wants to joke on his height.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. Well, that and like his smile. Hey, yeah, like how big his mouth was and shit. Like, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I was just like, okay, like I guess. You can't hate on him though. Look at who all he's bagged, though.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, that that was another thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But I was just Pete Davidson? Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, oh, I thought you were talking about uh uh Kevin Hart. Kevin Hart. I was talking about the joke. Everybody throws the same jokes at Kevin Hart.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, it's kind of the same way with Pete Davidson, too. I was just like, okay, like, I mean, yeah, but it'd be a lot funnier. Like, it was fucking hilarious first time I heard it, because how dark it was. Yeah. But everybody's beat it with the like beating a dead horse kind of thing. I'm just like, yeah, you know.

SPEAKER_00

But it also means that they're not giving them any more fire. You know what I mean? Like Kevin Hart, like it's kind of hard for him to you know, like whenever he goes up there, he's like, oh, dad, dah da, da. Like you did this, but we can laugh about it now. There ain't much of that. You know, like he's a good dude. He's a family man, blah, blah, blah, blah. Like, yeah, you know, like they can't find much to joke other than, oh, he's short. You know, I'm like, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_07

No, there was other stuff in there that was good too, yeah. Like uh, like his affair that he had and shit. Oh, I didn't know about that. Oh, yeah. I got it. Yeah, it's pretty funny. There's some and there's a lot of good guest appearances in it, like a lot. Like I would say a lot. I think so. I think so.

SPEAKER_04

I seen Shane Gillis roasting Draymond Green.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, like Draymond Green was there, and I was just like, Why the fuck is he doing there? And like every time he somebody would say his name or got he got up to talk, booze everywhere. I was like, oh fuck.

SPEAKER_00

Burt Kreiser and Tom Seguira back on there.

SPEAKER_07

Burt Chryscher was there, but he wasn't on the panel.

SPEAKER_00

Really?

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I wish they would have given him another moment. Because that was the worst thing about uh the Tom Brady roast is when they put them up there together, yeah, it looks so awkward. Like they would have done better by themselves in their own minute.

SPEAKER_04

Tom Segura is one of my favorites. He's hilarious.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, he's they talked about that on their podcast where they were like we hated every single second of that.

SPEAKER_07

Like we just felt like it was why they weren't on it, to be honest. But I I know Bert was there. I seen him in it. Like Tom might have been there too, but I I didn't see him or anything.

SPEAKER_00

I really hated that for them because it was like a big stage for them, and then they just they were like, Oh, yeah, this is what y'all doing. And they're like, uh, that's not what we do. Like were they the ones hosting it? Is that what it was? No, no, they brought them up for their minute or whatever. Oh, yeah. And they were together. And they were like, No, that's not how we do comedy, that's just our podcast. Like, but that's not how we do comedy. Like, and they're they talked about it on their podcast. They're like, they don't do comedy shows together.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, uh, that wouldn't make any sense, really.

SPEAKER_04

I mean Who's your favorite comedian of all time?

SPEAKER_07

Of all time? Yeah, to shoot your straight stand-up.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

After seeing Theo Vaughn, I always thought it was Theo Vaughn, but after seeing him live, I don't know.

SPEAKER_00

He wasn't bad. You know, he he's good, but I don't like the pacing that he does. Like that character of pacing and around the stage and stuff, it throws me off.

SPEAKER_07

Well, it wasn't that it's maybe it's my ADHD that throws me off. I think, I mean, like as far as watching Netflix specials and everything like that, right now, I'm gonna have to say Burt Kreisher.

SPEAKER_01

I'm talking about of all time though.

SPEAKER_07

All time.

SPEAKER_01

That all time?

SPEAKER_07

I like Cat Williams. I want to see Dave Chappelle.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

I like Dave Chappelle.

SPEAKER_00

I want to see Birdie Max good. Birdie Max the Gilles. I want to see Shane Gillis in person, then I'll probably say Shane Gillis. Probably. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Probably. Have y'all seen the tires show that's yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Have you seen Tires? Bro, I'm waiting for the next one. We've been talking about this for me like five more seasons of that show. Like, there's there's no there's no point that that can go old. Like it's just so simple. But hit like the comedy in that, I mean it's a very dry humor kind of. Oh, yes. But in it, but it's perfect. Yes. Yes.

SPEAKER_07

No, you do have to follow along to understand what's going on, kind of thing, but it's fucking hilarious kind of thing. I'm waiting on that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I'm waiting on it. Because hell, I guess they just dropped the new new season, what, this year, last year?

SPEAKER_07

Yeah. Something like that. Yeah. Because I've watched like both seasons and damn. Well, they're only 30 minutes.

SPEAKER_00

I think me and Lauren watched it in basically like three nights. Yeah. Oh yeah. Yes. Yeah. You know, because we we'll get on the like if we find something we like, we'll stay up late watching and then finally fall asleep, go back, watch what we fell asleep too. Yeah. And then yeah, we were through it in like three nights. And I was like, fuck. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Me and Maddie did that with the the pit. I mean, it's not a comedy, but I mean, we watched it and like after it was over, I was like, fuck, this kind of sucks, you know. I was like, damn. I was really wanting more episodes and shit.

SPEAKER_03

You wouldn't even put Eddie Murphy up there.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, yeah, 100%. You gotta put Eddie Murphy up there. But I I I'll say this though, I've never really seen a lot of his stand-up stuff. I've seen him in movies. I probably need to, but I mean like I've seen all of his older movies and shit like that. Like whenever we were living over at Poppy's old house, the one on the house on the highway, y'all know it. And there wasn't any internet or anything else like that when we were living there, but we had a DVD player and a VCR or a VHS player, and I found Beverly Hills cop. Oh yeah. Oh I was like, I was like, Matt, have you ever seen it? She's like, nope. I said, I'm about to introduce you into some of the best movie work. And I put it in, and she was like, I fucking loved it. I was like, exactly. Like, it's fucking awesome. Yeah. I mean, that's the type of shit I grew up on, so I love it.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, his comedy special Raw. It's like I told my dad, like I first time I ever listened to it, I was like 17, 18 at the old, at the oldest age. And I told dad, I was like, this is good shit. He's like, you don't need to be listening to that. I mean, it's like really raunchy. Yeah. It's good though. You like it.

SPEAKER_00

But you know, there's probably a lot of comedians that never see the stage because there's a lot of writers. Yeah. Yeah. You know, like, and honestly, like you take uh two and a half men, but whoever wrote that, yeah, if they were weren't if they were on stage and knew how to deliver stuff, they may have been the best comedian of all time.

SPEAKER_07

I forgot who directed that. Uh there it's different. Uh I mean, yeah, I can't remember if it's definitely.

SPEAKER_00

No, there was one main person. There was one main director, but I don't know about the writer.

SPEAKER_07

The writer's name is like Don something. He was in one of my crosswords. Let me see. Crosswords? Yeah, you got a fucking problem with me doing crosswords?

SPEAKER_00

But I mean for for that whole but I mean, but also that's that's like really good casting too. It plays out well, blah blah blah blah blah. Because if you have the wrong person delivering the wrong line, then it doesn't work. So but I mean, so maybe not. But I just think there's a lot of writers behind the scene that you don't even think about that if they had stage capabilities, yeah, they would probably be so.

SPEAKER_01

Have you ever watched Kill Tony?

SPEAKER_07

Oh yeah. Anytime I go over to Colton's house, that's like the first thing he puts out.

SPEAKER_00

I turn it on just as background stuff because everybody gets well.

SPEAKER_04

I like it because of their interest. Don Rio. He's introducing new comedians. That's why I like. I mean, it's and it's good.

SPEAKER_07

So see, that's exactly what this Kevin Hart show is. He's in he's trying to find the next like star comedian of the next generation kind of thing, and it's like I will say it it's pretty good. And there's people of all walks of life on it. Yeah. But there's this one dude, there, there's a couple of them that are fucking hilarious. There's a couple women that are fucking hilarious. I mean, but it it's like some of them when they whenever they're joking, I'm just like, I see the crowd not saying nothing, but I'm like, be honest, I kind of I'm kind of like the crowd right now. I feel bad for the person, but I'm like, uh, yeah, that kind of just not is.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I don't know if it says anything bad about me, but whenever the women get up there and they do the dark humor and they deliver it really well, yeah. That's it's fucking epic. Yeah, no, yeah, it's freaking epic. Like, because you're like, what? Like, she just said that? Yeah. Oh, yeah, it's like 10 times funnier because it came out of a woman's mouth.

SPEAKER_07

It's like, yeah, what's amazing. There's like there's like shit talking about like having IUDs and fucking like abortions and like fucking like really obviously IUDs aren't dark shit, but I mean like abortions and shit. Like it's pretty fucking dark. Genocides, you know, I mean, it's all pretty dark shit.

SPEAKER_00

But I think there's a there's a place for it. You know, we're so serious in life. But I agree. I hate I hate anything to do with you know, like the whole well, I think we're coming out of it. Yeah, experiment or winter green. Yeah. I think we're finally coming out of it, the whole cancel culture bull crap and all that. I wouldn't say that we are. I don't think it's a good idea. I mean they try to ramp it back up, but sorry guys, I got a frog stuck in my throat. It's it's happened enough now, and then some people just backlashed against it, yeah, that it's not that big of a thing now. They're like, all right, yeah, try to do whatever you want to with me. I'm I'm I'm a comedian. I say whatever. Yeah you know, there's enough of them that are backlashing against it.

SPEAKER_07

Well, see, I'll also say this like being a comedian, uh like if you're up on stage telling jokes, or at any point telling a joke and you're a comedian, you shouldn't be canceled for anything you say. Because pretty much depends on the context when you're saying it.

SPEAKER_00

You have to I will tell they it's a it's a I would say it's an art. Like if I get up there and I said, Oh, I'm a comedian, I'm gonna say this. Yeah, oh yeah, they're gonna they're gonna like boot me out in a heartbeat because I don't know how to deliver it. I don't know how to I don't know the history of it.

SPEAKER_07

What I'm saying is it if you really were kind of if you were kind of thing, like it'd be like I really want to go to the loony bin there in Little Rock and go check. I've never been, I've always wanted to go.

SPEAKER_00

It's actually I went one time. Well, I I may have actually been a few times, but I remember one time there was actually a really good kind of like uh you know a new name guy just trying to make his way up.

SPEAKER_07

Was it Uncle Laser that was there?

SPEAKER_00

No, I can't remember.

SPEAKER_07

Because see, my friends went and hung out with Uncle Laser whenever he went there, and they said he was fucking hilarious.

SPEAKER_00

No, but whoever came through, I mean, he was funny. He did a really good job.

SPEAKER_04

My my favorite things to see on TikTok are whenever people get upset at what they're joking about. Oh, yes, so fucking hilarious.

SPEAKER_07

Like I watch YouTube videos of like like comedians roasting, like uh what what do they call them when they like talk of? No, whenever they like talk out of turn, like the the crowd does. Um, impromptu, yeah. No, whether you're impromptu in the crowd. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But like whenever the the the crowd is heckling, the like somebody in the crowd is and like the comedian just shuts them down. I'm like, yeah, fucking. Kind of like cowork stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, what's Matt Rif does it? Matt Rif does. Basically, his his his comedian, his sets are basically built off. I mean he's really good at it. Yeah, he basically just he'll he'll start a joke and then all of a sudden somebody will blurt out or whatever, and then it goes on a 30-minute rampage of just talking to the crowd.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, Andrew Schultz is another good one that does.

SPEAKER_07

Andrew Schultz is really good at it. His crowd work is very phenomenal. I will say the fucking uh the dude that's on Kill Tony that doesn't talk, that can't talk, that's got cerebral palsy, that just talks through his phone, yeah. That motherfucker is hilarious. I think his name's Aaron. You've seen him, you've had to see him. He's fucking funny.

SPEAKER_00

Like it's hard for me to get the delivery. Yeah. Well, because of the way it comes, it's really, you know what? No, it's not really maybe no, it's just how my head works.

SPEAKER_07

No, man, that's fucked up of you.

SPEAKER_00

You're not very progressive, are you? I'm making a statement I'm a comedian right now. No, it's just the way I fucking receive stuff. Okay, because apparently we're free to speak for the comedians, right? Yeah. So it's true. No, it's just the way I receive stuff. It doesn't work for me. That doesn't mean I'm fucking passionate. What the fuck? You're cancelled.

SPEAKER_07

You are no, that dude, I I think he's fucking hilarious. Like, especially with when him and and Tony uh are sitting there going back and forth at each other. I'm like, yeah, that's that's pretty good shit. You know, it's fucking funny as fuck.

SPEAKER_00

No, no, no. No, I mean it it is funny, but I was like, man, if he if he could say those words, yeah, I'd be like, but it's just like you're just like, uh, yeah, I don't know. It's just kind of boring to me.

SPEAKER_07

Like I mean, I I Because he says it in the same tone, or he's not saying it, but he says it in the same tone.

SPEAKER_00

It's a robotic voice that carries the sentence the same way all the way through instead of whereas it was actual human voice, unfortunately. Unfortunately, he can't do that. Right. And I'm not having anything against it. We would rise and lower and you know emphasize that.

SPEAKER_07

That's kind of part of it. No, I get it. You know what I mean? Like I think that's part of the comedic.

SPEAKER_04

I do agree with it though. You could have the funniest joke in the world, and if you don't deliver it correctly, it's 100%, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, like I mean that's the reason why pretty much 90% of the things I fucking say aren't funny.

SPEAKER_07

Because I'm just fucking not good at that. Like, there's a couple times that I'll I'll say something and people just look at me and I'm like, all right, fuck me then. I mean, you know, my fucking bad.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but you're but you're always like you say stuff in like a very serious manner, even to people you first met, like me and you the first night we've met. I was like, oh, I fucking hate this motherfucker. Like just you do, you come up like like, oh, he's actually trying to attack me right now, verbally. Like, I was like, what the fuck's going on?

SPEAKER_04

And then I, you know, obviously they get to know you, but very outlandish shit in a very serious manner.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

But like when I say that, I think it's funny as fuck. I mean, I'm just like, uh in my head, I'm like, oh that was a lot funnier in my head. Exactly. Well, that's why I'm not a fucking comedian. Exactly right now. We're all not a comedian.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I think we yeah, our deliveries that might be the fucking problem.

SPEAKER_04

Very poor.

SPEAKER_00

Well, all funny business aside, hey guys, if you're new here and you're listening in for the first time, you know, follow us on Instagram. We got links on the in in the bio there. That way you can follow us with us uh on Buzz Sprout. If they can listen there completely free. Uh you can listen on Spotify, iTunes, and then there's a couple other that it's on, but obviously I know that's where most people listen, so we want to make sure it's on there. Um we're gonna we're be we're here every Monday. So we uh basically we're drinking beer on Monday, hanging out, talking. All the people that have been listening, they know what we do. If you're new here, that's what we do. So we post these every Sunday so you can listen with us on Monday and have a beer. And we call ourselves Monday Beers. Not Monday Beers. We actually did way better last week. I was not you didn't like it last week? No, me. I was just kind of out of it. Oh no, yeah, you did get your hey, the the vibes there this week. I don't know. I kind of woke back up. I think it was my sinuses and shit. Yeah. Yeah. They've been kind of kicking my ass lately.

SPEAKER_04

They've been kicking everybody's ass, but I've been into it.

SPEAKER_00

I've been overdosing on the allergy meds.

SPEAKER_01

So I gotta get it knocked out of the system.

SPEAKER_04

Well, it's either it's either rained or the wind's blowing 40 miles an hour. Yeah, the rain helps.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, last night, holy fuck. So me and Maddie were leaving mom's house, and she we had passed uh whatever it's called, a tobacco shop there by her house, and it's not easy anymore. Whatever. And we get uh going down cemetery, she's like, Oh, I need a pod. And I was like, okay. I was like, well, let's just go to J and R, you know, we're already headed out of town. Tobacco. Yeah. Not yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Tobacco pod. Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, nicotine pod. Not a car. And Jesus, no. That's a complete fucking different pod in the car, it's a completely different thing, yeah. And uh and we're sitting there, we're going, and we we get to shit, I guess right after Wild Wings and the fucking bottom falls out. And I'm like, fuck.

SPEAKER_04

It did do that.

SPEAKER_07

And we she drove straight to J N R with the caution light. I mean, it was so bad. And the ride in front of us didn't have on their fucking lights either.

SPEAKER_00

Very nice.

SPEAKER_07

So that was awesome of them. So fuck you if you're out there listening. You you had you were driving a white forward. Fuck you, you asshole. I don't know who the fuck you were, but I genuinely mean this. Fuck you.

SPEAKER_03

That was me, man.

SPEAKER_07

I mean, dude, I was fucking mad, dude. I mean, God, it shit that shit pisses me off. Anyways, we're sitting there driving or whatever, and she pulls up right to the door. I jump out, like I I well, I didn't jump out, I'm like sitting there for a saying. I look at her and I look around, I'm like, do you really need it? You know, because I still had enough sense to get me to the morning. And she's like, Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yes, baby, I need it.

unknown

Fuck.

SPEAKER_07

So I jump out, walk in, and I go, Motherfuck. And he goes, but dude goes, buddy, it's a little wet out there, eh? And I was like, Yeah, no shit, Sherlock. As he's just sitting there, he doesn't even check up. He's not looking at me, he's just sitting there looking out the window, just a little wet out there, buddy. Yep, thank you for that fucking observation there, bud. Anyways, get the shit. Go back, come back in, get back into the car. I I I am sopping ass wet. Like, so wet that like I mean like I just got out of the shire. Like it was fucking awful. For for um maybe three yard walk both ways. I mean it was fucking I was sopping ass fucking wet. Get home. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It was two inches of range. Two inches? I think we got a hundred inches. Jesus Christ. Two inches is a lot. Yeah, it was uh everybody out there listening. It was 1.8 after that monsoon that came through. And then we got another whatever to finish off two inches.

SPEAKER_07

I'm about to say that shit was fucking rough. We sat in the car for almost ten minutes trying to decide when we're gonna walk into the house and then never fucking slacked up. I was like, fuck this shit. I will uh uh I will say this, so uh me and Maddie tried to go fishing Saturday, didn't get a single bite. Colton on the other hand.

SPEAKER_00

Honestly, it was probably me and my brother as much as we do together, we don't get to do a lot of fun things together. So it was honestly one of the most rewarding days for me and him. Yeah. Private time. Like, you know, like really rewarding. Kicking back. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, like because I th I but whenever he he he was we got done, uh we were this will tell you how uh tired we were from after duck season. We just now pressure washed all of our rangers and organized the shop and all the decoys and stuff. That's what we did uh Saturday morning. Well, some of it, the the ending of it. Uh we had already been doing some of it, but so we got that done about 11 o'clock. He's like, You want to go fishing? I was like, Yeah, I do. And he's like, You want to go down, you know, down there to the bio and stuff like that? And I was like, Yeah, that sounds really good. And he goes, Well, I guess we'll just fish from the bank. And I go, Oh no, no, no, no. We're getting in a boat. We're getting in a boat. And uh, so we got a little 10-foot John boat that we got up there at the pond. Uh, every move we made, we felt like we were about to tip over, but it didn't really matter because we started down one side that was in the shade, and we just started catching them. And uh, we get to they were all up underneath, like you know, like saprus cypress trees kind of give you like an overhang canopy of shade, and then there'll be uh buck brush and stuff up underneath there. And we so we were up, and you'd have to, you know, limbs would be hanging on you or whatever, but you get up in there where the buck brush and stuff was in the water, and we found a couple of spots where man, you just sit there and it was just crappy after one afternoon, and you were just sitting in one spot like and it was it was it was I haven't had a day like that since my grandfather was alive. So it was also it was really cool for me and him to have that day. So that's pretty fun.

SPEAKER_04

You were catching them on one of our hopefully future guests.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well he he he he's been busy, his little girl uh that we've been talking we've talked about this that we're gonna have a guest on soon about fishing. Uh his little girl's in a bunch of sports or softball and stuff like that. He's been busy with that. But uh yeah, yeah, it's uh paper lips here in town. He he makes a whole bunch of hand hand jig or hand tied crappie jigs.

SPEAKER_07

Drew. Yep.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. And uh yeah, I was using one but so I made it three quarters away through the day with the same jig. Yeah, okay. Right, no problems. It was just straight chartreuse, and it's kind of like a feathery looking jig, obviously. Well, I hook on to a humongous carp.

SPEAKER_04

Nice.

SPEAKER_00

I'd already caught one carp. Nice, which is, you know, obviously when you hook a carp, you're like, oh, yeah, this is definitely a freaking carp. So you're trying to fight it just to get your jig back. Well, I hooked one, and that thing, I mean, like dragging everything straight underneath the boat. I was like, and Carson's like, well, bring it over here, bring it over here. I was like, I can't move it. I cannot move it. And then he just decided to dart towards the bushes. Nice. And he went in the bushes and it cut the line just like that. And I was like, Well, there went that Judy. And I didn't have another one that color.

SPEAKER_08

I was like, Carson's over here, like, God damn, brother, man, you gotta fucking slide my hair. He goes, Oh, you got a stay wreck or something.

SPEAKER_00

I was like, No, it's it's a damn carpet. I'm gonna promise you it's a damn carpet.

SPEAKER_07

Like during your bachelor trip when A-Rod hooked up. I mean, Thomas, like it I know I've told the story before, but it was so fucking funny. Because Griffin and A-rod had literally just gotten into their boat, and me, me, you, and Zach were going to get our boat in that boat Sunday. And before they before we even got in ours, A-Rod hooked up to one of these like fucking gets it up fucking car.

SPEAKER_05

I was like, damn, bro.

SPEAKER_00

In the white river, like up there where he's like, nursing. How do you catch a freaking trap?

SPEAKER_04

That that is nice though, that it just shows how good those jigs are. You if you went like so, you know, if you just go by the plastic.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah, it's gonna come off, put a new one on there, blah, blah. No, it held up. Like even the head, like whatever your heads or whatever paint he's dipping it in, yeah, never was worn out, tored, or chipped or anything like that. Which I've been using it for a while. It's been on, it's been on my jig pole for a long time. Right. And then we went and did that and caught probably 15 fish but with it before that happened.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, so yeah, that's nice because you don't have to get your tackle bag and put your new one on. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, I I will say though, I think I I've now that I've started to get a little bit more into fishing, uh chartreuse, yeah. Pretty fucking sexy, guys. Not gonna lie.

SPEAKER_00

It's the color I catch the most fish on. Definitely. And if you don't know what we're talking about, it's kind of like a shimmery green. It's like a lime green.

SPEAKER_07

Like a only shimmery lime green. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Chartreuse, especially I I think because like Carson was trying like that white shimmery that I used last time we were down there, and it couldn't catch nothing.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And then finally I caught a few, and I was like, hey, well, if you got a black and chartreuse, or if you want to find something in because I had the jig box, but I didn't have that exact same one. So if you want to get something that's green out of here, but he had black and chartreuse uh plastic jigs. Yeah, and he threw that on there and immediately started catching them. Yeah, like chartreuse around here, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

That's 90% of what I catch is chartreuse. Really? Yeah, any type of crappie around here.

SPEAKER_07

I mean, I I don't know why I say really. Anytime I've ever been with you, that's all you fucking use.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, black and chartreuse.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, black and chartreuse is what you use, and you would always catch it. I don't know why.

SPEAKER_00

You would think, you know, you would think like a white down there in the darker water would do better, like catch your attention, but maybe it's more realistic underneath water or something.

SPEAKER_07

So Patrick was talking to me one day about like he was like, I can't really remember what all he said, but he was like, I would have to look it up for myself, and I still haven't. I probably need to, but he was just saying, like, different water conditions depends on like the colors they can see, which that's obvious. Yeah, yeah. But he's like, there's a lot of light down there. Right, but he's he was saying that there's also colors in general that they can see better. Yeah. And he's like, it's not always just moving movement, that's why there's so so many different colors, because like, you know, like a fucking like chartreuse, you know, maybe it glimmers more. I don't fucking know. I hadn't looked it up and done the research like I'm I he told me to do or nothing, but like there's a lot of different components that go into it kind of thing that I haven't looked up. But I'm sure there's people out there listening that probably know what I'm talking about that I don't know yet or anything.

SPEAKER_04

Well, like it's your watercolor, you've also got to think about what food source you got in the lake as well, wherever you're fishing as well. But like, I've got a friend, a little pond. You can't the only thing that you use out there is watermelon, which is green worm, red flake. Yeah, that's the only thing they'll bite. It doesn't matter if the water's dirty, clear, nothing. It's the only thing they'll bite.

SPEAKER_00

It might be whatever worm or bug they're in that pond.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, because you try uh we've tried to use several different colors, don't work. Watermelon, yeah, watermelon red flake.

SPEAKER_07

Was that a killer's place?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I mean it's just yeah, you might as well just not bring anything else but that.

SPEAKER_07

Oh wow. Well, I did buy some today. How about that? It was so crazy.

SPEAKER_00

The uh the only thing they would hit hard was the bass. You know, obviously they just they're always hitting. Which Carson caught the two bass that we caught.

SPEAKER_06

They were pretty decent.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And then uh, but all the the crappie, man, you'd have to like you're just sitting there jigging, you know, you're going up and down, you know, just kind of moving around. And you'd be like, Oh, I got some. Yeah. Like they were just like lethargic. Like I don't know what it was. Like maybe just sitting on the beds, like maybe it's they're just like protecting us outside. I don't know. But they were all in the shade, though.

SPEAKER_04

You're saying that they weren't you saying that they didn't hit it hard?

SPEAKER_00

No, like you didn't know they hit it. That's normally how crappie fish. So basically I don't Oh, this is the bass. No, no, no, the crappie. Oh, the crappie. Yeah. Oh. But no, I've I've been crappie fishing before where I was like, oh, yep. I I can feel the nibble. Like they jerk on it a little bit. They don't ever hit it real hard. Yeah. You know, but they jerk on it. But they these were like, they were just like, whoop. Yeah. You know, there's like a they go just put it in their mouth. They didn't, yeah. They didn't chase after it, didn't do nothing like that. Shut the fuck up. But I mean, I think they were just sitting there and I just I so happened to swing by their face and they were like, Yeah, you know, sucked it in. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

And then I shut the fuck up. I need to shit.

SPEAKER_07

But if your facial expressions while doing that, once again, we need a fucking camera for this shit.

SPEAKER_00

Go ahead and talk. So I mean, I mean I'm good, but the way I jig, the way I jig is just barely up and down. Yeah. Because I don't I don't like the big motion. I mean, I know it sometimes it it works. Like shouldn't I I swear to God, I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm fine. You are, yeah. Yeah. But I like just barely, so like I mean, I'm I'm probably like moving four or five times and don't even know they got a hold of it. And then I'm like, oh shit, there's something there. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I've noticed, and I don't know, it might be the time of the year, I don't know. But I've noticed I have caught a few crappie this year too, and they're not like you gotta you gotta bounce it off them damn near. Like you it's gotta be right in front of them because they're not chasing it. So get it together.

SPEAKER_08

I'm sorry, guys.

SPEAKER_00

All right, I'm good.

SPEAKER_10

Oh my lord.

SPEAKER_08

It's the fucking slide. Yeah, we're fucking just so fucking funny.

SPEAKER_09

I'm sorry, guys. I have a very like middle school uh brain. You know, I mean, we know.

SPEAKER_00

We know. But I mean, dude, every single one of them. Yeah. Yeah, there's slabs. Slabs. There was there was one had to be like 16 inches. Yeah. Like I didn't measure him. I should have measured him, weighed him, and everything, but for her whatever in the middle. Yeah, for Jackson.

SPEAKER_05

That looks like 16 inches to me.

SPEAKER_07

No, but I I at first thing I go ahead. No man. Go ahead.

SPEAKER_04

I seen your snap and I was like, damn, he's on him today.

SPEAKER_00

Shit. No, they were they think we only I mean there was probably one that may have been like we were like, oh, because I think it's 10 inches and above for crappie. Like we looked it up. Well, okay. Because we were like, we were catching so many, we were like, all right, what's the uh limit again? And what's the rules on this? And Carson was like, oh, 10 inches or above, and you can keep 30 per person. So we were like, oh, we'll be fine. Yeah, yeah, we'll be fine. And uh, but yeah, there was only probably one that we were like, oh maybe it's probably right above. It was right above 10 inches, but the rest of them were like freaking off.

SPEAKER_04

You didn't have to measure, yeah. Yeah, hell yeah. It's a hell of a trip.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, it is a good trip.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you don't know. Okay, maybe I fucking don't.

SPEAKER_07

At least I don't fall out of boats on accident. I didn't fall out of a boat. No, you just okay. I didn't fall out of a boat. What did you fall out of? What kind of talking about the fuck would you call that?

SPEAKER_00

It's not a boat. You you actually fall out of boats purposefully. You used to do that shit all the time, every time we would go out on the bow. Well, it was not it's been a long time.

SPEAKER_04

You started doing it purposefully. But I got boy the first two times or three times, it was not on purpose. Well, alcohol.

SPEAKER_00

One time you were pissing and you just fell out. Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And by the way, Colton's porch and it wasn't even moving.

SPEAKER_07

Boy, it sure as fuck felt like it. I don't think I'll ever forget that. I I remember just I was doing this number.

SPEAKER_04

I think I could have the worst case of dementia and not forget the. Dude, fuck.

SPEAKER_07

That was rough that night. Holy shit.

SPEAKER_04

That's been some time ago. You do understand that we it's our 10-year class reunion this year.

SPEAKER_00

Jesus Christ. Damn. Yeah. Yeah. Mine's a not mine. I haven't kept up with mine because I haven't been doing one. Where'd you graduate? 12?

SPEAKER_04

So, like, I got a buddy, he's like, Hey, you or I guess it was last year. And he's like, hey, you gonna go to your 10-year class reunion? He's like, no. Like, why not? He's like, If I wanted to see the motherfuckers last 10 years, I would have.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, no. I fucking agree with that. Well, I agree with that. No, I mean, there's some people that like, it's good to see your old chums or whatever the fuck you want to call them from high school.

SPEAKER_00

I just don't feel like much changes in like a 10-year period. Like, I mean, you know, you get you like a lot changed in a 10-year period. I do. Your like your 20 or 30 year period, then everybody kind of wisens up. And it would actually be kind of cool to talk to people and we've changed a little bit, but not much. I guess not.

SPEAKER_07

But I mean, shit does still change. It does, but I don't feel like it's been that much. Maybe not as broad as you're talking about.

SPEAKER_00

Stug art's also I don't know, it's it's hard in Stuggart. Like, if I went to it, I feel like the people that I would want to see and talk to them how their life's been, I don't think they would show up. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, there's reasons. No, I'm not saying that I'm above anybody or whatever. I just like I want to, you know, I had my friends in high school. I just don't think they would show up.

SPEAKER_04

Well that's what I'm saying. Is like, it well, he's like, you know, I ain't seen you in ten years. There's probably a fucking reason, you know.

SPEAKER_07

It's just fair enough.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, I'm just saying.

SPEAKER_07

No, I'm I'm with you on that. Like, uh, some people you're just like, oh, I ain't seen you all the time. Well, that's probably a reason.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

I mean, but that kind of goes for fucking anything, really, you know. It's like somebody you ain't seen in a while. But like when you see somebody you hadn't seen in a while, that you're just like, holy shit, man, how's it going? Yeah. But like then you see those other people and you're like, oh shit, man, how you been? Yeah. You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_00

I think I think ruins are kind of downplayed or reunions, not ruins. Reunions are kind of downplayed now because social media, you keep up with them every day. Yeah. Back in the day. Back in the day, they didn't they didn't know what people were doing. So they would go to reunions. Hey, we got put a million things to talk about because we don't know.

SPEAKER_07

Like my grandfather, I don't remember what classy 50s at some point. And him and his classmates that are all still living, they all meet up once a month now. Yeah. And they all get lunch once a month together. But I mean, you know, 1950s graduation class is a little different than, you know, our days.

SPEAKER_04

I will agree with this though, like, you know, like what he said. Yeah, I keep up with you on social media. I see that you had four baby daddies and five different children.

SPEAKER_02

Woohoo!

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, good for you.

SPEAKER_07

God. You sure change, bitch. No.

SPEAKER_10

God, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Agree with that. But yeah, I mean, I will say, yeah, I do agree with that though, that social media. I mean, you can keep up with everybody from a discord. Well, yeah, between the good and the bad and the ugly. But like, like you were saying, though, it's like, I ain't seen knocking, I couldn't tell you how long. Great to see him. Right. It's not like I don't want to see him, it's just people. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, like he called me and him like call each other at least once a week. Yeah. Just to keep up with each other, and every weekend I've been out of town. Whenever he's in town, this was like the day I actually was in town when he was. So I was like, I'm not gonna fucking miss you, dude. You know what I mean? Yeah. If I can fucking help it, kind of thing. Yeah. No, I mean, me and him didn't graduate together, but I mean we're still really good buddies.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. That reminds me. Like the year after the year after I graduated, open that bottle. Instagram became a thing.

SPEAKER_05

Wow.

SPEAKER_00

It was already a thing, but it became really popular a year after I graduated. So I was my first year of college. I got an Instagram and started, and they were like, oh, it's it's about pictures. And that's whenever I started the pictures of the phone. A year after I graduated. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Oh big damn. I didn't know.

SPEAKER_00

It just finally made it to the old the old behind Stuttgart. Because I mean we are behind on everything. I feel like Arkansas. Like even you think about music. But you you think about music too. And remember, whenever you used to listen to stuff on the radio, Arkansas was always behind every other state. They'd be like, oh yeah, we've been listening to that for months. And I'm like, what? I just fur this is the first time I've heard of it.

SPEAKER_07

I'm with you on that for damn sure. Oh fucking. Did I talk about this last week? What? The chet dude? The fucking the chat dude on uh TikTok. It's like too late. Alright, for everybody out there listening, y'all know who I'm talking about.

SPEAKER_04

Probably not. Somebody fucking knows. No telling what comes across your TikTok feed. Okay.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, so since Trey's here, let me talk ill about him. Since Trey's not here, you mean? Exactly. Oh yeah. Since he's not here, let me talk ill about him. Fuck him for not or for showing me what not at. I don't know if anybody out there has ever heard it.

SPEAKER_00

This is not You do know that you have self-control to not have something. Oh yeah, I know, but absolutely. Well uh well maybe I should rephrase that. You have the option of self-control.

SPEAKER_07

100%. 100%. But I got on that, he's like, dude, you can find anything you want to on there. I was like, word. You can. And no, I mean, I've just been buying fishing shit on there and you can get it pretty fucking cheap. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Cheaper than you can fucking until you pay for the shipping.

SPEAKER_07

Really? So like once you get to a certain point where certain sellers, you don't pay shipping anymore.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, so if you buy enough in that.

SPEAKER_07

So like a lot of them have it as like if you spend$9.21 in shipping, after that, all the shipping's free.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so you keep on piling in the same box. Exactly.

SPEAKER_07

Exactly. Yeah. So I mean, like, you know, you buy basically two items, shipping's free. But I mean, you're getting the items for fucking you might oh slightly overpay for like your first item or two, but after that, like, you know, as far as fishing stuff goes. Now there's other ones that they're gonna fucking charge the shit out of you everything you fucking want.

SPEAKER_00

Well, the thing you're just going after fishing stuff, because Lauren's going after duck hunting antiques to well, but she is looking to resell them.

SPEAKER_07

Oh no, there was a dude last night, she had a knife. Or not she had a knife. There was this uh I I guess they were a husband and a wife. They were selling knives and stuff, and I was like, one popped up, it was a 1998 model, just like me. And I was like, hell fucking yeah. I was like, Maddie, I'm about to get this fucking knife. That some bitch ended up going for like$300. I was like, Maddie. Daddy, I ain't getting this fucking knife.

SPEAKER_08

You know what I mean? I was like, fuck that, man.

SPEAKER_00

I haven't been on it. It's me personally. Now Lauren will uh 'cause she'll she'll bring it over to me. She'll be like Alright, you rummage through this Duck Hunting antique stuff, and you tell me what you think is worth it. Yeah. And I'm very picky. There'll be like one thing on each page. I'm like, yeah, just bid on it. But then she'll buy five more things. But she is she doing the same app or Yeah, and whatnot. What no shit. Yeah, that's where she's getting those antiques. Like, so she's gonna have a pile of antiques here at uh Calapalooza.

SPEAKER_04

Hell yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so that she has collected from either um what do they call it? Um not three shops, uh what do they call it? Ho's sales? No antique stores. Well, an antique stores, but bigger. Estate. Uh what do they call it? Warehouse. Warehouse size antique stores that's a mixture of a bunch of different booths. No. I'm lost. What am I saying wrong? I know it'll become to me. I'm having a word back for it.

SPEAKER_03

So whenever this episode releases, how many weeks out will be called loser? Two weeks? I think so. At the end of the month.

SPEAKER_00

Next week would be two weeks, isn't it?

SPEAKER_04

May 28th through the 30th. Yes.

SPEAKER_07

May 28th to the 30th. Is it 30th to 31st? May 30th, 33rd. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Thursday through Saturday.

SPEAKER_00

We only go through Thursday through Saturday.

SPEAKER_04

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Well, it's basically as far as the booths being set up outside, it's Friday and Saturday. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.

SPEAKER_04

So then hopefully we can record some then.

SPEAKER_07

Oh yeah, I'd love to. Man, there's gonna be that's the thing. The the thing that sucks about it, we we try to do it every year, but since we work here, as me and Colton do, yeah, it's kind of hard for you. It's hard for us to like, I'm running the light again this year during the Duck Collin contest. It's hard for us to get in here and as we're doing other stuff in between to do that, because once we do that, it's like and i it's just a lot going on. But I mean it's not that we don't want to, it's just like the time is so fucking limited.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. You know what I mean? Well, I mean it's on a more philosophical mode, it's very limited for us all. Okay, that's all I had to say. Okay. Good God.

SPEAKER_04

Anyways, yeah, I mean, hopefully we can. I don't know who all's gonna be here. I mean, I know a bunch of people are gonna be here.

SPEAKER_07

Oh man, like there's one that I really want on. Um Brad Samples. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

We had them on here. Oh no, we haven't. Sorry, my bad. You're talking to Ronnie. Ronnie and Brad always fuck me up. They have for years, but they're they're like two P's in a bottle.

SPEAKER_07

No, yeah, I I I really would love to have Brad Samples on here. If if there was uh It's not that I'm saying anything wrong to any other callmaker or nothing. That's not the case. It's just that I've watched him like do his shit for for a while and stuff, and I just I love his shit, man. Like everybody loves his shit.

SPEAKER_04

Y'all can't find one hour out of the day to get him in here?

SPEAKER_07

Well, see, it won't be in this room. Because this is the build off. I mean, the build-off would be good.

SPEAKER_00

We could just have this set up back there in the conference room. In the conference room or whatever you want to call it. Yeah. And uh that way if we do, you know, get a little break, we can do something. True, yeah.

SPEAKER_07

So, Brad, if you're out there listening, be a good boy.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, he'd be down.

SPEAKER_04

What about the what about the room in here? Or is that gonna be open?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's gonna be people probably during that time.

SPEAKER_07

Cause I mean, like, some it it really kind of depends on the heat too. I will say that. On like how hot it is outside.

SPEAKER_00

I'm hoping it's I'm hoping it's gonna be pretty mild. It seems yeah, it seems about like last year. It seems to be. Last year was pretty mild. Well, but last year it was probably like probably 80 to 85. Yeah. Wind was blowing just a little bit. Man, it was nice.

SPEAKER_07

Man, there was wind before that. It was fucking hot. It was it was it was pushing a hundred. Like it was it was fucking hot.

SPEAKER_00

But it is Arkansas, you never know. Yeah, that's exactly fucking right. But also that year was it? That year or last year that all the the storms came through and we had to hurry up and get all the temps back up and stuff. Oh, that was uh year before last.

SPEAKER_07

Year before last. And the year before that last was when it was hot as fuck. Oh, maybe so. Yeah, yeah, because it was like I remember one year it was hot as shit. It was like three years ago, yeah. It was fucking hot, like bad hot.

SPEAKER_00

It's been pretty mild. Hell yeah. So far it has. I've only seen my first mosquito this past weekend. Just now? Yeah. Damn. Damn bothered me. But I have I did see a mosquito bit me. Oh, what a lucky guy.

SPEAKER_07

Shit. I just got that sweet blood. Y'all know what I'm talking about out there, guys. You know, you just sometimes you got that sweet blood. The motherfuckers just be trying to suck up on you. Okay. Time. Pause, pause, pause. Bankfire, bankfire, pause, pause.

SPEAKER_04

Accueather is showing on their 30-day forecast 85, 87, 87. Perfect. That's cool with that. Yeah, we're good with that. As long as it ain't 100.

SPEAKER_07

And hell, if there's a little bit of wind blowing too, I ain't gonna bitch. That would be perfect. Yeah, I ain't gonna bitch at all. That'd be perfect.

SPEAKER_00

Especially if you got a little bit of shade over top of you, man.

SPEAKER_07

That's I ain't gonna lie, yeah, I ain't gonna lie to you though. Now that I've got a little bit obese, uh, you know, it being hotter outside does affect me a little bit differently. Yeah. You know, I I will 100% say that. It's not fun. I don't recommend it. So I mean, if you're out there and you're thinking you're obese, you know, hit a couple fucking crunches, maybe some push-ups.

SPEAKER_00

I do try to force myself to be hot sometimes. What? Yeah. What do you mean? Because I know there's gonna come a day during the summer I gotta go do something. Oh, okay. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. You gotta you gotta stay immune to it.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, no, I'm with you on that. Like, like Saturday when me and Maddie were fishing, like it was we didn't have any fucking shade. And I was sitting there and she was like, I'm hot, I'm hot, I'm hot. She ended up falling. I took some chairs with us. She was sitting on the bank and I turned around. I was sweating fucking bullets. It was hot. She was asleep. What the fuck do you want? Anyways, it was fucking. We sat out there for about two hours, but I got to my point. I literally tried everything I had to throw at them.

SPEAKER_04

Just gotta wiggle it the right way.

SPEAKER_07

Motherfucker, I guess I wasn't doing it. And they say you gotta hold it to no avail.

SPEAKER_00

Jiggle the bottom side of it.

SPEAKER_05

Alright, guys, I'm glad y'all came back here to listen. Anyway, no, it fucking nothing worked. Nothing fucking worked.

SPEAKER_04

Didn't matter how I how should have jiggled whenever you wiggled.

SPEAKER_05

I guess I guess so.

SPEAKER_06

I guess so. God bless. Anyways.

SPEAKER_00

Well, it is about that time. Hey guys, thank y'all for tuning back in. Uh we appreciate y'all being here. And uh I we're on my we want to see as many of y'all as we can at Call of Palooza. Yes. We'll all be here at some point. Me and Jackson obviously we'll be here. We'll be working. Thomas is gonna venture through. Yep. Come and join. Join in on the festivities. Trail definitely be here joining in on the festivities, and they'll they got they got more freedom than us. John may or may not be here. I don't know. Yeah, no. John will be here. John will be here. Yeah, he's uh he's pretty covered up right now. That's the only reason why he hadn't been on. He he was talking to me about he he's about to start on his call apalooza calls that he's making. So he's and also he's a in a lot more involved in a lot of the planning and stuff, so his head is in so many different places right now, and that might do a lot with why he's not on the podcast here recently. So, but in good reason. We're we're we're excited about the the festivities and we want everybody to come hang out with us, and it's gonna be a really good time. So all right, who wants to close us out with a toast? I got one. All right, go for it. Yeah, well, here's to uh family, friends, and all the moments we cherish in the outdoors. May they live on forever and always. Absolutely.
